Finally I have one and it's Damn good!. The interface is superb, interesting, and pretty straight-forward. There was a lot of Canadian channels, and also Music channels. Quality is really very good (ITV after all). The sound is also very clear. A broadband connection should give you a great experience. Probably it's the future of TV.... Lots of music stuff there and less of variaty as of now. News channels are somwhat missing. But for a music junkie like me....I hardly bother as far as I get music (did I mention it's FREE?) Okey! Okey! Looking for Joost invites? I am sorry, I don't have as yet so please excuse. As I get them there I guess they will be few (as it happened with G-Mail invites). Cheers! January 18 The Bloody Goody!What happened at Big Brother in UK is a major concern and the Bloody Goody should be punished for that and all people (why just Indians?) should stand united aginst this stupid lady.

Celebrity Big Brother contestant Shilpa Shetty has for the first time accused fellow housemates of racism as complaints about the programme topped 30,000.
During a conversation with another contestant, Cleo Rocos, screened last night but recorded on Tuesday, Shetty said: "I'm representing my country. Is that what today's UK is? It's scary. It's quite a shame really."
Rocos then denied that the behaviour of contestant Jade Goody was racist and Shetty replied, "I'm telling you it is". Shetty's comments, broadcast last night, contradict a Channel 4 statement that said the Bollywood star had not complained of racist behaviour. Her comments came after a furious row with housemate Jade Goody, who shouted at Shilpa to "go back to the slums". After the row, Danielle Lloyd laughed and said to Goody, "That was fucking fantastic, I loved it, I think she should fuck off home". Ofcom had received 27,000 complaints by this morning, while Channel 4 had received more than 3,000. Channel 4 said in a statement yesterday there had been "no overt racial abuse or racist behaviour" directed against Shetty. However, it admitted there had "undoubtedly been a cultural and class clash between her and three of the British females in the house". "Unambiguous racist behaviour and language is not tolerated under any circumstances in the Big Brother house. Housemates are constantly monitored and Channel 4 would intervene if a clear instance of this arose," Channel 4 said. "It is in the nature of Big Brother that conflicts arise and housemates are encouraged to resolve issues among themselves. "Shilpa has not voiced any concerns of racial abuse to Big Brother. Housemates have access to support from Big Brother at all times. "The issue of whether there is racism in the CBB house has been discussed on Channel 4's companion programmes CBBLB and BB's BM and a range of views has been aired, including those of BB viewers." When the Daily Mirror approached the Channel 4 chief executive, Andy Duncan, yesterday, he scowled and stuck his finger up at the photographer and refused to comment. Channel 4 chairman Luke Johnson avoided commenting on the issue this morning on BBC Radio 4's Today programme. Mr Johnson was repeatedly asked about Celebrity Big Brother, but said only that Channel 4's views had already been made known in a written statement. No-one from Channel 4 defended the programme on the network's 7pm news last night. The possible reason why Goody used such abusing words against Shilpa Shetty could be:
Before she gets any punishment for her comments, she should be kicked-out out from Big Brother immediately. It's shame for UK! Shame on her culture. No surprise that "Tabloid newspapers denounced her as the most unpopular woman in Britain and baying crowds held placards in front of the Big Brother cameras suggesting the producers "Kill the Pig"." as stated by Telegraph website. |
